Last-Minute Baby & Toddler Stocking Stuffers
Confirmed all these will come in two days! I’ve seen a ton of suggested lists but I wanted this list to focus on items that encourage more open play.
Some open play prompts to get you and your kiddos started:
Use scarves to make a rope, a costume or blend colors by holding two different scarves up to the light.
Use painter’s tape to make fun shapes on the wall or roads on the floors.
Take your mud or play kitchen to a new level with a wait staff using the guest checkbooks.
Use the caution tape as a prop for a hero scene or as boundaries for an obstacle course.
Is the stethoscope listening to a cheetah’s heart at the zoo or a sick patient at home? What about the baby in mommy’s tummy?
Bring out various competitions with a stopwatch. Better yet include housework! How fast can you clean up your legos?
Use the color bath bombs to teach colors or drop them in a cupcake pan with baking soda and let your kiddos pour vinegar over them!
Have a wonderful holiday! Merry Christmas!
